Shipping Policy

General Information

Thank you for choosing K9Training.
We aim to deliver your products safely, reliably, and within the expected time frame.

All items are prepared and packaged with care. As many of our products may be handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in appearance, colour, or weight may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Ireland only.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and dispatched twice per week for logistical reasons.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Ireland typically takes:

3–7 business days after the payment has been received.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping fee within Ireland:

• €12.00 flat rate

Additional Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Location Requirements

Orders can be placed from outside Ireland provided that the delivery address is located within Ireland.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If you are entitled to a refund of shipping or return costs, we will only refund the cost equivalent to returning the product from within the original delivery area (Ireland).

3. Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect shipping address, prolonged absence, failure to collect), the customer may be charged for any additional fees or reshipping costs.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us immediately at contact@k9training.ie.

Your message must include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Photos of the damaged or missing items

Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. The carrier may require inspection.

5. Partial Shipments

We generally do not split orders into multiple shipments.
If, for logistical reasons, items must be shipped separately, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.

6. Customer-Specific Shipping Requests

Any special delivery requests made by the customer may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors are outside our control, and we are not liable for resulting damages.

Payment & Dispatch

Orders are shipped after payment is successfully received.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Stripe
• Credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe or your chosen method)

Your Stripe or card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Seasonal or Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some items may only be available during cooler months due to heat sensitivity.
Products not suitable for summer shipping will not be listed or available for purchase during that period.

Bulk or Special Orders

For special events (e.g., weddings, club events, training seminars), we may be able to prepare custom quantities or personalised items with sufficient lead time.
