1. No Professional Veterinary Advice
The content on this website, including blog posts, videos, training guides, and consultation services, does not constitute veterinary, medical, or emergency advice.

- exhibits sudden behavioural changes

Dog training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including:

Your commitment and consistency are essential for successful training.

By participating in our training services (online or in person), you agree that:

You accept full responsibility for:

4. Behavioural Issues, Reactivity & Aggression
If your dog displays reactivity, resource guarding, fear-based behaviours, or aggression:
- You must disclose this information before booking a service.
- Additional safety protocols may apply.
- Some services may be unsuitable, and we may refuse or discontinue training if safety is compromised.
We are not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed behavioural issues.
5. Physical Risks
Training activities may involve physical movement for both the dog and the handler.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- injuries may occur to you or your dog
- you voluntarily assume all associated risks
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from:
- improper use of equipment
- failure to follow instructions
- unsafe environments outside our control
- interactions with other dogs or people
6. Online Training & Digital Products
Online content (videos, written guides, virtual consultations, or courses):

- may not be suitable for every dog

- cannot replace in-person professional assessment when needed
You acknowledge that online training does not allow us to fully assess risk, environment, or behavioural severity.
7. No Emergency Services
We do not provide:
- emergency behavioural intervention
- crisis response
- veterinary emergency services
