Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us with a clear written statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) expressing your decision to cancel the contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

You may use the sample cancellation form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you selected a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be issued without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to cancel.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods if this loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
